Celta.org.uk ("Courses, etc.") website is operated by Sitekick Limited ("Sitekick") with registered office at Pioneer House, Chivers Way, Histon, Cambridge CB24 9NL, United Kingdom, registered in England and Wales as Company no. 04918043.

By using Courses, etc., you agree that you intend to, and will be legally bound by these terms and conditions, together with any policies and guidelines provided to you from time to time in relation to your use of Courses, etc. (collectively, the "Terms of Service").

The Terms of Service form a legally binding agreement between you and Courses, etc. in relation to your use of celta.org.uk, and it is very important that you take the time to read them carefully.

If you do not agree to be legally bound by the Terms of Service, you may not use Courses, etc. If, following any alteration to the Terms of Service as described below, you no longer agree to be legally bound by the Terms of Service, you must immediately discontinue your use of Courses, etc.

Courses, etc. may update the Terms of Service from time to time and you should check on a regular basis for the most recent version of the Terms of Service.

Use of services

In consideration of the provision of Courses, etc. to you by Sitekick, you represent and warrant that (i) you are of legal age and capacity to form a binding contract and (ii) you are not a person legally barred or prohibited from receiving services under the laws of the United Kingdom or any other applicable jurisdiction in which you are resident or located. In order to access certain services, you may be required to provide current and accurate identification, contact, and other information as part of the registration process and/or continued use of Courses, etc.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your unique website ID, and are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify Sitekick of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security.

You agree that Sitekick will not be liable to you for any loss or damage suffered by you which arises because (i) you have provided Sitekick with incorrect or inaccurate information or (ii) you have allowed others to use your Courses, etc. account.

In addition to Sitekick's right to suspend or cease services Sitekick reserves the right to refuse to provide services to you at any time without notice if Sitekick has reasonable grounds to believe that (a) it could be illegal to provide the service to you, or (b) you have in the past breached any of the provisions of these Terms of Service, or (c) you are currently in breach of the provisions of these Terms of Service.

Practices regarding use and storage

You agree that Sitekick has no responsibility or liability for the deletion or failure to store any Content and other communications maintained or transmitted by Courses, etc. and other Sitekick services. Sitekick will not return to you Content that you submit to Courses, etc. You must maintain a copy of all Content that you submit to Courses, etc.

No resale of service

You agree not to sell, trade, or resell to anyone the right to use Courses, etc. or the right to view Content accessed through Courses, etc or any other Sitekick service.

Modifications to service

Sitekick may from time to time decide to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Courses, etc. service (or any part of it). Where possible, Sitekick will post a message or other notification specifically bringing any alterations to Courses, etc. to your attention. This message may be posted on, or otherwise appear on the URL from which you access Courses, etc. Alternatively, Sitekick may elect to send you an email regarding the change where Sitekick consider it to be reasonably practicable so to do.

Sitekick shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of Courses, etc. or any other services provided by Sitekick.

Termination

You may cancel your use of Courses, etc. and terminate these Terms of Service with or without cause at any time by use of 'remove from index' facility located in your account management tool. Sitekick may stop providing Courses, etc. at its discretion and without notice if:

• you breach these Terms of Service;
• your right to use any other Sitekick service has been terminated;
• it is no longer providing Courses, etc. to other users in your country;
• Sitekick believes the provision of Courses, etc is (or is likely to become) unlawful; or
• Sitekick believes the provision of Courses, etc is (or is likely to become) uneconomic or is (is likely to become) not commercially viable for Sitekick.

In the event of termination, your account will be disabled and you may not be granted access to your account or any files or other content contained in your account although residual copies of information may remain in our system. You will not be able to access any of these copies.

If you have provided an email address as part of your registration for Courses, etc., Sitekick may notify you via email of any such termination or cancellation.

Notice

You agree that Sitekick may provide you with notices, including those regarding changes to the Terms of Service, by email, regular mail, or postings on Sitekick services.
